Activity or Workshop Proposal

All conference participants are welcome to submit a proposal for a workshop or activity.  Kinds of activities beyond a myriad of workshops and classes that we would like to see include a variety of rituals, meditations, journeys, field trips around the local area, crafts, book signings, music, dancing, drumming, performances, group meetings, etc.

Here are some things to keep in mind:

  • Prior to filling out this form, each workshop presenter or activity facilitator must have registered and paid for the conference.
  • Unless there is an appropriate fee for materials cost, a fee will not be charged on any conference activities (excluding third party activities we schedule outside of the conference).

Required field8 Will you need to charge a fee for class materials?  If so, how much? (We strongly advise against asking any fee for class materials, unless it is a craft and there is a great expense on your part.)
