The Firefly Housewarming Planning Meeting

The 2010 Firefly Housewarming is from July 28th to August 1st in Rosslyn, Virginia. From classes, rituals, and craft to tourist activities, parties, and meetings, this conference will be the cat's meow. We are inviting Fireflies from all over the world, as well as
All Coven of the Spiral Moon dedicants/initiates, as well as all attending Firefly Priests, Priestesses, and Clergy are required to facilitate at least one activity.
This first meeting will be assessing what responsibilities need delegating and get us on the train to planning this event.
We need:
- Registration Coordinator
- Program Coordinator
- Class Teachers (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Wicca 1, Wicca 2, and/or Wicca 3 Class Teachers
- Labyrinth Walk Coordinator (10pm Friday)
- Drum Circle Coordinator (11pm Friday)
- Yoga Instructor (30 minutes at 8pm, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
- Opening Ritual Coordinator (7pm Wednesday)
- Lughnassadh Main Ritual Coordinator (8pm Friday)
- Closing Ritual Coordinator (11am Sunday)
- Firefly Initiation Ritual Coordinator (4pm Saturday)
- Firefly Dedication Ritual Coordinator (9am Saturday)
- First Harvest Party Coordinator (7pm Saturday) --This is meant to be a big masquerade ball or a huge party
- Wine Tasting and Social Time Coordinator (9pm Wednesday)
- Pagan Jeopardy and Game Night Coordinator (8pm Thursday)
- Tour Leader: Tourmobile Tour of Washington D.C. (9am Wednesday)
- Tour Leader: Field Trip to the George Washington National Masonic Memorial (9am Thursday)
- Tour Leader: Lunch Cruise on the Potomac River (10am Friday)
- Tour Leader: Solar Event at Dark Star Park (9am Sunday)
Feel free to take on two or three jobs, if you can handle them. If there is an activity, class, meeting, etc. not on the list that you would like to offer, please let us know!
